What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We use Garanti Sanal POS, the industry leader payment gateway of Turkiye.

How long does it usually take to process my order?

We ship your items within one day of your payment. We ship your items with major carries. In continental Europe, you can start using your bags and cases within 3-5 business days. For other destinations may take up to 14 business days before you get your product. Preparation and shipment of out of stock items, special orders or larger items can range between 1 to 8 weeks. We pride ourselves on customer service and promise to keep you informed throughout the whole purchasing process.
