Currency Exchange
All prices including shipping and taxes are shown in US Dollars. The currency exchange rate is automatically calculated by the bank that provides our payment gateway
Duties and Taxes
Our prices do not include duties or Value-Added Taxes (VAT). Many countries will require additional taxes and/or duties based on the customs value of your shipment. These costs, if assessed, will be your responsibility. Please contact your country's customs office for specific details. Please note, when shipping a product internationally to a different destination country other than the billing address, additional taxes and duties may be applied and will also be your responsibility.

Refunds
If your request is accepted; your refund will be sent in 24 hours. Credit Card refunds may take up to 15 days to be visible on Card Holder's account. All transcation charges will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
